Inetgarden

Terms of Use

Effective 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Inetgarden. By signing in or joining a session you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Early access. Inetgarden is in invite-only early access. Features change, interruptions happen, and there is no service level commitment. Do not make Inetgarden the only route to a system you must be able to reach.

Your account

You need an account to create rooms, save destinations or connect a meeting provider. You may join a session someone invites you to without one. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

What the service does

Inetgarden carries session traffic between a browser and machines you nominate, and lets you give another person bounded access to those machines for a period you choose. It is a conduit and a boundary. It is not a backup, not an archive, and not a substitute for your own access controls on those machines.

Acceptable use

This is the section that matters most, because Inetgarden reaches real infrastructure.

Access you grant through a room is access you are responsible for. When you invite someone to a destination, you are accountable for what they do there. Close the session when the work is done.

Your content

Rooms, destinations and session records you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store that data, to move it between you and the machines you nominate, and to show it to the people you invite. We do not claim ownership of it.

Meeting providers

Connecting Zoom or Microsoft Teams is your choice and is governed by that provider's own terms as well as these. We act on the authorisation you grant and nothing wider. Disconnect at any time.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on pages Stripe hosts. Prices are shown before you buy, in the currency stated at checkout, and renew each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have paid for. Taxes may be added where required. If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until it succeeds.

Availability and change

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and during early access we will. We aim to give notice of changes that would break how you work, but cannot always do so in advance.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Inetgarden and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you why.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your responsibility to us

If your use of Inetgarden causes a claim against us — for example because you connected to a system you were not authorised to reach — you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.

Changes to these terms

We will update the effective date above when these terms change, and tell account holders directly about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
